Formed in late 90s under the name that is derived from his Thai name "Dumrong". It simply means survive and is definitely not related to the band name in any sense. The forming was planned in 1995 when he was about to graduate but it was put on shelf for sometime so that he could devote on the work in electrical engineering field.
The resurfacing in 1999 came by the establishment of Panda Records,
a freshy Indie label formed by his friends from school. Damnwrong was one of the bands in the first Panda's compilation, Wave Impression, debut that year. Since then, several demoes were crafted and released in the following compilations over the next 3-4 years.
The first full-length album "Liberation:Evolution" was finished in Minneapolis where he reside for 5 years now. It was released in May 2005 under Panda Records and the first single "Rak Tee Mai Kun Kei"
(The unfamiliar) was peaked at no.10 on a famous Thai Indie radio chart. The album also was a top 5 best Thai Indie record in 2005 by Hamburger magazine and many music enthusiast's lists. Most of the material is based on rock music but there is a scent of progressive and psychedelic on some of them as well.
His interest has grown into a more experimental space recently and that is, for sure, going to be exciting for him to work on!
